SLM300 series core board adopts QM215 of QUALCOMM Snapdragon 200 series. Its CPU adopts 28nm FinFET, with 64-bit ARM and quad-core A53 (4*1.3GHz). SLM300 supports Decode/encode up to 1080P@30fps, H.264, HD+ screen resolution, two ISP cameras. It is equipped with Android9.0 operating system and supports 1gb+8gb board memory (2gb+16gb, 3GB+32GB), LTE Cat4, with a maximum downlink rate of 150Mbps, TD-LTE/FDD-LTE/WCDMA/evdo/TD-scdma/CDMA/GSM multiple network systems, and integrates GNSS and 2.4G&5G WIFI broadband intelligent wireless communication module.

SLM300 series modules currently include sub-models of the following: SLM300-C, SLM300-E*, SLM300-A*, SLM300-LA*, SLM300-J*, SLM300-AU*, SNM300.
