It is located in Shenzhen International Innovation Center, Futian Central District of Shenzhen, with main business covering R&D, manufacturing and marketing of 4G / 5G communication modules, customized technological development services of IoT terminal products as well as one-stop solutions for global end customers.

ZhongGe Smart Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd, located on the 5th floor of Tower G, No. 2337 Gudai Road (West Link), Minhang District, Shanghai. It serves as an R&D base of MeiG Smart and boasts a wealth of international brand customers, well-known operator service experience and good reputation in the industry through continuous accumulation and breakthroughs in long-distance wireless communication technology, especially 4G/ 5G mobile communication technology and Android smart platform industry application solutions.

Xi’an Zhao Ge Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd wholly-owned subsidiary of MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd is located in Xi’an High-tech Development Zone, established as the base camp of domestic communication R&D in the ancient city of Xi’an. It is an important fulcrum of MeiG Smart on the IoT business, focusing on the design and development of mobile broadband products, M2M wireless communication modules, and intelligent hardware. At present, it has established a professional R&D team of more than 500 people for wireless communication technology, which is led by the top experts in domestic communication industry, most of whom are from communication and electronics majors of top domestic universities and outstanding companies in the industry. Many patent and R & D achievements have been made since its establishment in 2014. Based on the industry-leading Qualcomm and HiSilicon platform solutions, Zhao Ge Electronic Information has independently developed a number of LTE wireless communication modules to provide customers with stable and efficient wireless communication solutions to meet communication needs in various fields.

ShuoGe Intelligent Manufacturer Co.,Ltd was established in September 2020 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Based on the R&D and design capabilities of MeiG in the fields of cellular and IoT terminals for more than 10 years, combined with the 30-year manufacturing experience of electronic terminal products of Xihu Electronics Group, ShuoGe focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of 4G/5G communication products and intelligent terminals, and strives to become a domestic leading high-end intelligent digital manufacturing base in the field of communication electronics with digital automation and empowerment, to serve top customers in the world and become a leading intelligent manufacturer in China.

Forge International Co., Ltd established in Hong Kong in December 2014 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd. In addition to overseas procurement and overseas sales, it also serves as a frontier window for MeiG to develop overseas markets, responsible for the marketing and product promotion work for MeiG Smart in overseas markets.

In order to further expand the Japanese wireless communication and IoT market and to promote overseas business development and international strategic layout, MeiG plans to establish a joint venture company in Yokohama, Japan, which was co-funded by our wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongge Smart Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongge Smart”) andメ イ コ ー (hereinafter referred to as Japan’s Meiko). The joint venture company plans to have a registered capital of 100 million yen, and Zhongge Smart and Japan’s Meiko each hold 50% of the shares. Zhongge Smart and Japan’s Meiko have made full use of the resources and advantages of both parties, focusing on wireless communication products and IoT terminal services with wireless communication link functions, maximizing the market advantage of the joint venture company as an international platform, so as to narrow the distance between customers and the market and work together to expand business in the Japanese market.

MeiG Smart established a wholly-owned subsidiary (MeiG Smart Technology Europe GmbH) in Germany, which is located in Dusseldorf, Germany. In order to effectively promote the publicity and sales of the company’s technology and products in European IoT and the operator market, it is an important measure to achieve internationalized management. The establishment of the German subsidiary is also conducive to the introduction of international excellent talents and teams, integration of overseas market resources, increase of its products in the overseas market share, and further enhancement of the MeiG’s global operating capabilities.
